Smart Design in a Small Space

This bathroom gave us a clear brief: make the most of every inch, without making it feel overworked. It’s a compact room, but one with real potential. We knew early on that this project wouldn’t be about squeezing things in, it would be about letting the layout breathe. We enjoyed the challenge of building structure into the design, giving the room a natural sense of order while still making it feel open and inviting.

The vanity was our starting point, wider than usual, it instantly gave the space a sense of purpose.

It provides room not just for daily use, but for keeping essentials neatly to one side. The WC tucks in comfortably beside it, and together they form a strong, grounded focal wall. The large window above the vanity brings in light that’s reflected off soft grey veined tiles, giving the room a calm rhythm. Just beside the vanity, we introduced a built-in tiled bench, shaped into the wall to provide both seating and shelving, a small feature that quietly lifts the whole space.

Small Space, Striking Impact

We kept the wetroom tucked to the left, separated by black tiles that hold the space visually and give the room depth. Inside, clean white tiles brighten the shower area, while matte flooring throughout the room adds light and a sense of polish. A sleek, matte heater finishes the right-hand wall, keeping things warm without disruption. What we appreciated most about this project was how balanced it feels, there’s room for everything, but it never feels crowded. Just clean, confident design that works.
